Madison County representatives on the Encompass board of directors: Valerie Ward of Madison Department of Social Services, Scott Bennett of the American Legion, and Lisa Paine-Wells of Etlan. Encompass Community Supports (ECS) [formerly known as Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services (RRCS)] held its board meeting for the first time in Madison earlier in September.

Founded in 1972, Encompass Community Supports provides comprehensive behavioral health, developmental disability, substance use disorder, and aging services for residents of five counties: Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock.

Each county has three members on the Board of Directors.

All three board members from Madison County were present and greeted residents before the meeting: Valerie Ward, Scott Bennett, and Lisa Paine-Wells.
